Happy Hour is at 5:00 PM at the 1321 Bistro in Old Torrance - this Friday, the day after Valentine's Day. They just got a new chef and they're figuring out menu items. Soooo unfortunately, they don't have HH specials for food or drinks, but their prices are still reasonable. It's a cool little Bistro, so come and check it out - if we like it we can go back when they start up HH specials.
