Join our wine pairing experience at Cote D' Azur in Redondo Beach October 27th 2012 at 5pm. You do not have to leave the South Bay for tastes of good wines from all over the world!
This is a free event so everyone will need to pitch in!
You must sign up to attend and bring just 1 dish per person/couple. It must fall under these catagories Hors Doeuvres, seafood dish, beef dish, side dish or dessert. And 1 bottle of wine per person(unless you don't drink wine, bring what you like). The wine should go well with the food you are bringing.
We will have our own Sommelier Thomas Stangle teaching about the different wines/flavors and foods that make them taste the best!
I will have plastic cups there but if you want wine glasses please bring them.
It is time for you cooks to shine! Make your favorite killer dish to share with your beach cities friends. If you want to bring "store bought" now is the time to share your favorite dish from that restaurant or deli you love!!
